A Proselyte & House to House Witnessing in Western Kenya

APRIL 24TH UPDATE: THE POWER OF KNOWING THE PURE TRUTH…  knowing and understanding the truth empowers a true Christian to speak, preach, teach and share out that truth without fear or error. Today, God gave me an added opportunity to share out to my friends not in our church and also to our brethren in church. I slowly and carefully explained the teachings found in this wonderful book 👉DID JESUS CORRECT MOSES? 👈 Glory to God! It is our responsibility to show people that truth and then it remains their responsibility to believe it or reject it. We thank and appreciate our sponsors GMFC / Working Faith Fellowship for supporting us with prayers and financial blessings. This has empowered us to reach out to more lost souls. God bless you all. Luke 24:44-45 & Acts 18:24-27

APRIL 29TH UPDATE: Hello brethren, friends and all of you that pray for us. Thanks so much for your prayers and support that have been so helpful for us to serve God and the brethren, lost & needy. I have a few things to say about my experience in evangelism before I put in my few updates. Now (Matt. 28:19,20), tells us that the disciples were commanded by Our Lord to “make disciples . . . baptizing them . . . and teaching them to obey everything . . .” Surely, those who were taught to obey everything the disciples were commanded to do were taught to teach others. Each of these who were taught by the disciples in turn made disciples, baptized them into Christ, and taught them to do likewise wherever and to whomever they could. This command is therefore undoubtedly passed onto us as individual Christians. I have been hearing a common misconception about evangelism seemingly to be believed that only certain people are gifted to be evangelists. One thing I have discovered over the last several years is that regardless of what gifts you think you may have, as long as you have the love of Christ in you, including a love for your neighbors (Matthew 22:39, Galatians 5:14; James 2:8) and a desire to share the Gospel of Christ, you can effectively do so. I speak from experience when I say that being shy by nature and/or being a poor speaker will not keep you from being effective in sharing the Gospel as long as you have love and a desire to reach the lost. However, you may need some training on what works best. For many years I desired to be an effective personal evangelist, but saw no fruit from my efforts. Over time now through Eternal Evangelism teachings, I have learned and still learning what really works best and how even to approach and tackle disturbing cults like Islam, Jehovah’s Witness and Seventh Day Adventists. Amen glory to God for this wisdom. Now going from door to door proclaiming the gospel follows the example set by Paul in Acts 20:20 where he says that he did not hesitate “to preach anything that would be helpful to you but have taught you publicly and from house to house.” A similar statement is made that the rest of the apostles also did this in Acts 5:41-42. In Acts 20:21, Paul goes on to say that in doing this (house to house preaching) he “declared to both Jews and Greeks that they must turn to God in repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus.” This clearly indicates that he was carrying out a ministry to unbelievers. However, I would not by any means say that this was to the exclusion of teaching in house churches. Amen glory to God. Below are a few updates of the last weekend’s laboring for JESUS. God bless you brethren.

APRIL 30TH UPDATE: Hallelujah, brethren please join me in praising God for Him calling another soul out of sin. Immediately after the children’s fellowship, I decided to visit one of our orphans that our sponsor GMFC / Working Faith is supporting. Word had reached me of her being unwell. On the way, I decided to do door to door evangelism. I had an opportunity to preach to some neighbors near the home she stays. I even prayed for them and one of them accepted Jesus as his Lord. Today he came at my house and told me he is ready for baptism on Sunday. All glory to our Jesus who is not only our savior but also our Lord. God bless our sponsors in Jesus name.
