Preaching to Multitudes at a Funeral in Uganda

UPDATE DECEMBER 2ND, 2018: One of our windows (Jane Situma) has lost her mother in Uganda. We traveled across the border from Kenya to Uganda through Lwakhakha town. We had earlier sent brother Stephen and sister Jane Situma to prepare and make available all that was needed for the burial of Jane’s mother. Sister Jane came back to the border to receive us and also help us process our travelling documents at the customs offices. Thank God for wisdom he gave us when we arrived at the home. The relatives had planned to retain the body for four days before they buried her (tradition), but we talked to them and they accepted that was not right and we buried yesterday (Sunday). God gave us Grace and favor to evangelize to them the true word of God. Many received well what they heard and asked we pray for them. The area is dominated by the church of Uganda. We visited at least 12 homes for house to house evangelism. About 10 people asked us if possible we could go back so that they may have enough time to listen and ask us questions. We told them we would pray over it. We praise and worship the Lord for our sponsors at GMFC/WFF for the prayers and support we received. God bless you all. -Bro Haron Wanjala
